Location: Onsite in Prague, Czech Republic. Remote work is not an option.

What you will do

• Lead and coach software development teams to become self-organized, high-performing, and sustainable.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders such as Product Managers and Engineering Managers.
• Actively identify and remove obstacles that hinder team progress.
• Monitor and track key Agile performance metrics to drive actionable improvements.
• Facilitate essential Scrum ceremonies and champion Agile best practices across teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in an Agile Software Development environment.
• Subject matter expert in Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles.
• Experience working and coaching in an Agile environment.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Agile Coach certification.
