What you will do

• Coordinate documentation, deployments, and submissions for game delivery across regulated markets (UK, Europe, LATAM).
• Assist in meeting hirify.global Studios roadmap milestones by collaborating with internal and external teams.
• Track delivery tasks, monitor progress, and report risks/blockers to the Delivery Manager.
• Ensure correct game versions are prepared, released to markets, and meet regulatory/internal standards.
• Prepare and organize artifacts for internal and external audits, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation, templates, and procedural manuals for delivery and submission activities.

Requirements

• Strong ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with project or delivery tracking.
• Adaptability to changing requirements and a proactive attitude.
• Effective team player with the ability to work independently.
• Experience communicating with multi-level stakeholders and creating progress updates.
• Excellent communication skills.

• Experience with game delivery processes and procedures in the gambling industry.
• Previous experience working with RNG casino products.

• Experience with Jira and Confluence systems.
