Product Owner (Fintech): Driving the convergence of post-trade services across multiple European Central Securities Depositories (CSDs) by overseeing the full project lifecycle from design to regulatory approvals with an accent on providing financial institutions with a single client experience, reducing cost, risk, and complexity. Focus on ensuring a consistent business approach across markets and adapting strategies to evolving market and regulatory landscapes.

Location: Hybrid in Porto, Portugal (4 days per week in the office)

What you will do

• Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle, including design, requirements definition, build, testing, migration, and regulatory approvals.
• Lead project phases from planning through to business-as-usual transition and manage user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Act as the main liaison between development teams and business stakeholders, ensuring convergence consistency.
• Oversee client onboarding and product launch activities, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation.

Requirements

• Experience in product management, business development, or sales support.
• In-depth knowledge of hirify.global’s market model, rule book, and service offerings.
• Understanding of the full product development lifecycle.
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic awareness.
• Strong project management skills and ability to drive projects autonomously.
• Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
• English: B2 required
