What you will do

• Create and maintain reports and dashboards in Tableau.
• Deliver insights on hirify.global’s multi-cloud infrastructure and operational performance.
• Engage with stakeholders across Technology, including senior management and operational teams.
• Translate business requirements for analytics into compelling data visualizations and dashboards.
• Report on how efficiently AWS resources, software assets, and other operational performance areas are managed.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in a data analytics or business intelligence role.
• Experience working with large and complex data sets, data profiling, and cleansing.
• Proficiency with SQL to extract and transform data, with experience in Snowflake relational databases.
• Strong DBT skills.
• Exposure to AWS or equivalent cloud technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and experience engaging effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven experience in developing Tableau dashboards with strong data visualization design skills and a user-centric approach.
