Location: Onsite in one of hirify.global's European offices (Guernsey, London, Malta, Germany, Portugal, or Spain).

What you will do

• Answer business questions and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Build reports, dashboards, models, and proof of concepts.
• Partner with relevant teams to determine campaign effectiveness using performance data.
• Assist the marketing team in determining ROI and monetary impact of acquisition efforts.
• Improve reporting flows and explain performance to relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain knowledge of data & BI technologies and stay updated on best practices.

Requirements

• Qualified to degree level in a numeric/data prominent discipline or similar.
• At least 5 years work experience in a data analytics or business intelligence role.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualisation tools.
• Demonstrable SQL skills to query complex data sets for data analysis.
• Strong analytical, report development, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage a challenging workload quickly and precisely under pressure.

Nice to have

• Experience in the online gaming or casino industry.
• Experience mentoring or coaching junior analysts.
• Knowledge of online casino and sports betting.
• Proficiency in Excel, Databricks, Alteryx, or Google Analytics (including BigQuery).
