What you will do

• Analyze and interpret complex data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities across the portfolio.
• Implement controls to ensure data quality (accuracy, consistency, completeness, compliance).
• Own the development and adoption of best practices for data tracking, reporting, and KPI measurement.
• Design and implement models to forecast delivery performance, resource utilization, and outcomes.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support strategic decision-making.
• Automate data workflows and reporting processes using tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Python.

Requirements

• Educated to degree level or higher in a STEM field.
• Advanced experience with PPM tools and their application (strong preference for Clarity).
• Extensive experience working with large datasets, including data cleansing, variance analysis, transformation, and generating insights.
• Strong Excel skills, including XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables, Power Query, DAX, and complex formulas/logic.
• Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, and Python for enhanced analysis and automation.
• Strong ability to present data-driven insights in executive-level PowerPoint decks with high accuracy and professional formatting.
• Demonstrable deep expertise in IT project environments.
• Strong planning, organizational, and mentoring skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively at all organizational levels.
• English: B2 required.
