🚀 We’re hiring a Partnership Manager!

Partnership Manager is the owner of the entire end-to-end process of working with partners and contract specialists.

Their mission is to ensure Azati has fast, flexible, and secure access to external talent — without increasing bench size or operational risks.

What you’ll do⬇️:

*Close skill gaps for projects & presales via partners, market, referrals
* Select and validate subcontractors (tech, English, soft skills, rates)
* Coordinate internal & client interviews
* Ensure Azati-level quality on client projects
* Manage NDAs, MSAs, SOWs and contract mirroring
* Onboard & offboard subcontractors smoothly
* Build and scale a strong partner network across the EU and beyond
