Что делать
- Work daily with new, existing, and former clients to help them successfully fill vacancies on OLX.
- Form a systematic process for collecting and providing feedback from business clients to the direct supervisor and category manager.
- Provide documentary support to clients from day 1 and on a continuing basis.
- Participate and/or independently conduct external and internal events aimed at attracting, developing, or retaining category clients.
Требования
- At least 2 years of experience in sales and negotiation with HR professionals, recruitment departments, agencies, etc.
- Knowledge of the Ukrainian language, literacy of language and writing.
- Knowledge of English (at least A2 level, but with concrete and independent steps to improve the level).
- Ability to establish contact and conduct long-term negotiations.
- Readiness for business trips.
