What you will do
- Act as a key partner for managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle.
- Own and coordinate CZ and ES payrolls in collaboration with external providers.
- Manage compensation benchmarking, benefits setup, and equity-based incentive program (ESOP) processes.
- Prepare and maintain regular People reports and ad-hoc data requests.
- Identify opportunities to improve and scale People Operations workflows.
- Support Czech relocation processes where applicable.
Requirements
- Proven experience in People Operations / HR Operations, ideally in a fast-growing or international environment.
- A solid understanding of Czech labour law.
- Comfort working with payroll providers and HR systems.
- Fluency in English and Czech or Slovak is required.
- Must be ideally Prague-based, with a regular 1–2 days per week presence in the office.
Nice to have
- Experience in a SaaS or tech scale-up environment.
- Exposure to compensation benchmarking and equity programs.
- Spanish language skills.
