What you will do
- Drive office culture and engagement, planning and executing local events in Prague, and assisting with global corporate events.
- Manage office operations for Prague in-person, including space maintenance, supplies, and vendor relationships, while providing remote support for Berlin.
- Support employee lifecycle by coordinating onboarding/offboarding with HR/IT, managing workstation setups, and providing AV support for meetings.
- Oversee budget management, expense reporting, and handle confidential information with integrity.
Requirements
- Background in office management or administration within fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Proven track record in managing complex travel bookings and event planning across multiple time zones.
- Comfortable managing budgets, expenses, and financial processes.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and a preference for digital, "non-paper" workflows.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with everyone from new joiners to executive leadership.
