What you will do

  • Manage monthly payroll processes, including report generation, communication with agencies, and coordination with the finance team.
  • Handle the full lifecycle management of the HRIS (Lucca).
  • Collect data, propose, and implement new social benefits, resolving doubts and negotiating with suppliers.
  • Be responsible for Occupational Risk Prevention processes in collaboration with external services.
  • Analyze workforce data and draft the equality plan, submitting and correcting documentation.
  • Contribute to the planning and organization of celebrations and social events for the Valencia office.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience as an HR Ops or a similar role.
  • Solid knowledge of the Spanish Law.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong planning and organization abilities.
  • Oral/written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
  • Experience with digital HR tools such as HRIS/Lucca/Deel.
