What you will do

• Design efficient, user-centered interfaces for hirify.global.com’s SaaS products, focusing on desktop-first UI from concept to final implementation.
• Translate product requirements, user needs, and business goals into clear, intuitive design solutions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure seamless design implementation.
• Leverage AI-assisted design tools to improve design speed, consistency, and overall quality.
• Build, maintain, and evolve design systems to ensure scalability and visual consistency across the platform.

Requirements

• Expert-level UX/UI skills with proven ability to design production-ready interfaces in Figma, including advanced use of components, variants, and auto-layout.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Product UI/UX Designer working on SaaS products.
• A strong portfolio showcasing SaaS UI work, problem-solving, and design rationale.
• Experience using AI design tools such as Figma Make or similar.
• Solid understanding of usability, accessibility, and interaction design principles.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) for strong communication.

• Experience with prompt engineering or designing AI-driven user experiences.
