Location: Hybrid (4 days a week in one of our Bay Area offices, USA)

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 annually

What you will do

• Build and scale AI agents for sales and/or support teams to drive adoption through enablement and training.
• Deeply understand support/sales workflows, processes, common tools, and data sources to build agents that deliver concrete business impact.
• Cultivate relationships with agent builders, admins, users, and sales/support leaders, capturing feedback for trust and adoption.
• Represent hirify.global at conferences and events, showcasing real-world agents, explaining their functionality, and demonstrating business impact.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in sales engineering, solutions architecture, product engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience building agents.
• Deep domain knowledge of sales and/or support departments and their required tools/data sources.
• Deep understanding of the latest AI technologies, including model capabilities and agent building best practices.
• Strong technical skills to build and evaluate agents in code and use advanced agent tools.
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain new technology and its impact simply to various audiences.
• Hybrid: 4 days a week in a Bay Area office (Palo Alto or San Francisco).
