Requirements

• 8+ years of experience designing and engineering large-scale systems.
• Strong technical background with Python, PostgreSQL, TypeScript, React, AWS/GCP, Docker, and Terraform.
• Ability to lead squads to sensible architectural decisions.
• Experience working cross-functionally and earning trust from co-workers at all levels.
• Preference for simple solutions and designs over complex ones.
• English language proficiency (B2).

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/LLM integrations and Generative AI applications.
• Knowledge of intelligent document processing and NLP techniques.
• Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate) and search platforms.
• Exposure to agentic workflows or orchestration frameworks for multi-step AI reasoning.
