Location: Must be based in London, United Kingdom, with regular commute to the office. Travel across UK&I and EMEA (20-30%) is required.

What you will do

• Develop customer engagement strategies and build technical champions.
• Influence stakeholders at all levels regarding the hirify.global vision and solution strategy.
• Act as an expert solution architect and trusted advisor for data analytics architecture and adoption of the Lakehouse platform.
• Contribute to the technical community by developing customer-facing collateral and leading workshops.
• Coach and mentor junior Solutions Architects.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in technical pre-sales or consultancy with a strong background in Data Science, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or Generative AI.
• Demonstrated ability to architect end-to-end Data & AI solutions, with specific expertise in modern Generative AI concepts (fine-tuning, RAG, MLOps for LLMs) using open source and/or ISV tools.
• Proficiency in a core programming language (Python, SQL) and willingness to learn Spark.
• Proficiency with big data analytics technologies and public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proven ability to engage with customers in a technical sales capacity and communicate technical/business value propositions.
• Ability to commute to the London office regularly and willingness to travel 20-30% across UK&I and EMEA for customer visits.
