What you will do
- Oversee and develop Data Aggregation projects and capabilities, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Develop data management and reporting suites across patient and channel data.
- Define project scope and development approach, coordinating with data vendors and resolving data quality issues.
- Synthesize findings, develop recommendations, and communicate results to clients and internal teams.
- Utilize coding to facilitate data processing and reporting, and build out data processes.
- Provide project leadership and mentorship to junior team members, and grow client engagements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree with at least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, with advanced Excel skills required.
- Coding skills (SAS, Python, R, VBA, etc.) and knowledge of data visualization software (Tableau, Power BI) preferred.
- Proven experience implementing or supporting patient and/or payer data management solutions in the US pharmaceutical market.
- Experience with HIPAA-compliant data management.
- Strong project management, people management, and advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
