What you will do

• Lead and inspire multiple high-performing engineering teams within the Acceptance domain.
• Set strategic direction for the Acceptance Engineering organization, aligning technology with business goals.
• Drive reliability and efficiency in systems and processes, ensuring fast, safe, and cost-effective payments.
• Coach and grow leaders, strengthening management capability across teams.
• Champion engineering excellence through solid architecture, operational rigor, and data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and other Engineering groups.

Requirements

• Strong background as a software engineer.
• 7+ years leading multiple software engineering teams or departments.
• Experience in high-frequency, transaction-heavy environments (fintech, payments, trading, etc.).
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, reliability, and scalability.
• Proven ability to build high-performing, motivated teams with strong engagement and culture.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in banking, acquiring, or payments.
