What you will do

• Manage the development process and oversee team task execution for a mobile banking app and web admin panel.
• Monitor project budget, analyze deviations between estimates and actual work hours.
• Manage and prioritize the backlog, overseeing parallel task execution and closing user stories.
• Create and maintain the project roadmap, managing project risks.
• Administer and automate processes in Jira, preparing and updating weekly status reports.
• Maintain the resource plan, handle staffing, employee allocation, and onboarding.

Requirements

• Experience in IT for 2+ years.
• Experience managing medium and large cross-functional teams (15+ people), including backend, frontend, mobile development, manual QA, DevOps, and architects.
• Experience managing the development of microservices, clouds, and mobile solutions.
• Understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, DevSecOps, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience implementing and managing Agile processes (Scrum/Kanban, SAFe, LeSS).
• Ability to work with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• English: Intermediate and above.
