What you will do

• Supervise in-house, outsourced, and offsite QA groups effectively across multiple project needs.
• Build and track schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Provide clear direction and expectations to team members.
• Manage performance effectively, coach, develop, and mentor staff.
• Provide strategic oversight of the project database, ensuring high‑quality bug documentation.
• Interact directly with Development and Production teams to manage priorities, expectations, and deliverables.

Requirements

• Experience leading a QA team, typically 3–5+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of performance management, including delivering feedback, coaching.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage workloads across multiple individuals or projects.
• Proven background in Test processes and procedures and an understanding of the game development lifecycle.
• Strong analytical skills in reviewing all design-related information and interpreting areas of risk in testing.
• Self-motivated, strong work ethic, and a drive towards self-improvement.

Nice to have

• Experience with hiring and staffing processes, including interviewing, onboarding, and supporting career development.
• Strong understanding of organizational policies, HR guidelines, and compliance standards.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Power BI, Copilot, and various tools for scheduling and tracking deliverables.
• BS in Computer Science or previous experience in Test Automation is desired.
