Location: Must be based in El Segundo, CA and work onsite 5 days per week

Salary: $12.62 - $23.31 Hourly

What you will do

• Set up products and configure platform services, bundled products, and pre-orders in first-party backend systems.
• Coordinate submission and release schedules with first-party partners and internal production teams.
• Manage marketing assets, product descriptions, and promotional timing for storefronts.
• Submit code and required materials to first parties for review and approval.
• Configure pricing, discounts, and regional release timing across different markets.
• Liaise between external partners and internal teams to communicate status, issues, and timelines.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in entertainment software or a related industry.
• Strong working knowledge of major console platforms and related services.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, OneNote, Excel).
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Must be based in El Segundo, CA and follow an onsite work schedule of 5 days per week.

Nice to have

• Previous experience supporting submissions for Sony, Microsoft, or Nintendo platforms.
• Familiarity with first-party backend web portals and submission workflows.
• Experience with technical requirements testing.
