QA Analyst, ERP

TL;DR

QA Analyst (ERP): Testing ERP environments including Navision 2013 and Dynamics 365 F&O with integrations to PLM, Salesforce, and Analytics with an accent on Finance and SCM modules. Focus on executing test plans, functional/regression/integration testing, defect tracking, and supporting UAT.

Salary: $110,000 - 130,000 annually

What you will do

• Execute testing for ERP platforms across Finance and SCM modules
• Create, maintain, and execute test cases, scripts, and scenarios based on business requirements
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing
• Identify, document, and track defects using standard tools
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and functional teams to troubleshoot issues and validate fixes
• Support test data setup, environment coordination, UAT, and QA process improvements

Requirements

• Experience in quality assurance and software testing, preferably with Dynamics 365 F&O or similar ERP systems
• Basic understanding of Finance (GL, AP, AR) and/or SCM processes (procurement, inventory, sales, warehousing)
• Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, JIRA)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

• Exposure to test automation tools (e.g., Selenium)
