What you will do

  • Own and execute recurring Customer Success programs end-to-end (license/version compliance, surveys, communications).
  • Provide operational support to hirify.global Customer Success Managers.
  • Conduct regular external communication with customers and Value-Added Resellers (VARs).
  • Pull data from hirify.global systems and perform basic to intermediate analysis using Excel and AI tools.
  • Create, maintain, and update Customer Success documentation, policies, and program workflows using SharePoint.
  • Identify inefficiencies and draft business requirements for process and system improvements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success Operations for an ERP company.
  • Experience supporting recurring operational programs for a SaaS business model.
  • Strong Excel skills, including pivots, lookups, and structured data analysis.
  • CRM experience.
  • Experience using SharePoint to create, update, and maintain documentation.
  • Comfort using AI tools to support data analysis, documentation, and operational problem-solving.
