- Ensure customer success by making them successful with hirify.global solutions, delivering outsized value to their businesses.
Requirements
- 5+ years in the data space with a technical product such as data warehousing, big data, or machine learning.
- 5+ years of experience leading technical teams, preferably in a pre-sales organization, exceeding annual quotas.
- Proven experience as a trusted advisor to technical executives, guiding strategic data infrastructure decisions.
- Track record of hiring, training, and promoting qualified candidates for success within the organization.
- Ability to create positive morale within the team and foster effective working relationships with internal partners.
- Must be able to work from the United States.
