Location: Remote (US). Willingness to travel within North America for meetings.

Salary: $207,000–$271,688

What you will do

  • Lead, recruit, hire, onboard, and manage a high-performing team of Partner Solution Engineers.
  • Coach and mentor Partner Solution Engineers to enable DCP Partners in hirify.global proficiency and solution design.
  • Influence partner technical strategies to drive revenue and ensure hirify.global product impact for partner offerings.
  • Drive thought leadership, scale the PSE organization, and foster collaboration with Product Managers on the roadmap.
  • Ensure partner-led architectures are optimized for long-term scale, business value, and directly influence TACV and consumption growth.
  • Serve as a player/coach, delivering presentations and architectural discussions at various events.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of industry experience in pre-sales or technical consulting, with 4+ years of people management experience.
  • Proven track record of driving TACV and Consumption targets within a partner-led sales ecosystem.
  • Strategic experience growing the ISV ecosystem, driving co-sell motion and joint GTM offerings.
  • Technical expertise in Data Warehousing, GenAI/Machine learning, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Cloud Computing, and/or SaaS Solutions.
  • Knowledge of and experience with SQL-based database ecosystems.
  • Outstanding presentation skills to technical and executive audiences.
  • University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
  • Willingness to travel within North America.
