What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions with a primary focus on SPM and CSM modules.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow designs.
• Support enterprise-wide implementation of ServiceNow modules across multiple global locations.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications using scripting and platform capabilities.
• Design, build, and support ServiceNow integrations with internal and external systems.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers when required.

Requirements

• Total experience 8+ years.
• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
• Strong expertise in SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) and CSM (Customer Service Management) modules.
• Solid working experience with ITSM, Service Portal, and ServiceNow Integrations.
• Mandatory ServiceNow SPM module certification.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams.

Nice to have

• Exposure to additional ServiceNow modules such as ITOM, GRC, or HRSD is a plus
