What you will do

• Architect scalable Salesforce solutions for complex functional areas, including Pardot integrations, Lead-to-Quote/Quote-to-Cash, and Contract/Subscription management.
• Develop high-performance logic using Apex, LWC, and Flow Orchestrator.
• Build advanced OmniStudio components for industry-specific needs and design event-driven architectures (Platform Events, CDC, Custom Event) with MuleSoft and BRIM integrations.
• Act as a technical reference, ensuring code quality through rigorous Code Reviews and promoting development best practices.
• Collaborate closely with Architects, Product Owners, and Release Managers to align with the long-term roadmap.
• Mentor and coach confirmed and junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.

Requirements

• 7+ years of intensive Salesforce development experience in large-scale environments.
• Deep knowledge of Apex, LWC, and the Salesforce data model.
• Hands-on experience with OmniStudio and/or Media Cloud.
• Strong experience with REST/SOAP, APIs, and Middleware.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams in an Agile environment.
• Must be based in Gurgaon, India for a hybrid work model.
• Ability to work on CET Time Zone.
