What you will do

• Develop, implement, and maintain ServiceNow applications and related integrations.
• Develop workflows and scripts to automate and improve business processes.
• Own your code from design, implementation, and test automation to delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Design quality features and plan the future evolution of applications and solutions.
• Solve complex problems in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Maintain a strong focus on code quality, reusability, and maintainability.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience with ServiceNow application development.
• Expertise level of understanding ServiceNow Platform (CSM) and its capabilities.
• Experience with understanding business needs and standardizing processes and solutions.
• Understanding of service-oriented architecture and software application architecture.
• Experience with web technologies: JavaScript, ES5+, HTML, CSS/SCSS, SQL.
• Knowledge of web-based protocols and standards (Web services, SOAP, REST, WSDL, XML).
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, and design patterns.
• Result-oriented with strong communication and critical thinking skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in one or more JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS or React.
• Ability to lead small project teams.
• 3+ years of working experience with ServiceNow modules like Service Portal, ITSM.
