Location: Hybrid, requiring 3-4 days a week in office in San Francisco, CA, Austin, or New York. This position may require access to information protected under U.S. export control laws, indicating a requirement to work from the United States.

What you will do

• Contribute to high-priority strategic initiatives across the company.
• Conduct market and provider assessments and develop strategic options for infrastructure expansion.
• Analyze global spend basis for colocation and network, recommending actions to senior management.
• Enhance tooling, forecasting, and tracking with AI and intelligent automation.
• Deep dive into emerging competitive threats and market shifts in key hirify.global supplier areas (e.g., AI/ML, data center, cloud).
• Find and engage with new infrastructure companies, creating new business relationships.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program in Business, Liberal Arts, or Computer Science.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills to structure complex problems and synthesize findings.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with senior leaders.
• A self-starter with high intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Passion for hirify.global's mission and genuine interest in underlying technologies (networking, security, edge computing, AI).
• Ability to commit to a full-time 12-week internship.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with infrastructure concepts (cross-connects, circuits, colocation vendors/sites) or interest in learning quickly.
• Ability to write or prompt scripting and code.
• API familiarity and ability to create persistent, reliable data pipelines.
