What you will do

• Develop and execute the enterprise security strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary security team, partnering with other security areas.
• Create and oversee enterprise detection and response capabilities and vulnerability management programs.
• Own and evolve security policies, standards, and guidelines to meet internal and external requirements (e.g., SOC2, ISO27001, HIPAA, GDPR).
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and business leaders on security risks and trade-offs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in security, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, Zero Trust).
• Demonstrated ability to communicate security risks and strategies to executives and nontechnical audiences.
• Proven experience in managing multiple security initiatives simultaneously.
• Work authorization for the USA is required.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in security management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience working in a SaaS, cloud-native, or regulated environment operating on a global scale.
• Experience in the legal space and with a high understanding of e-discovery and litigation.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GIAC, CCSP, or similar.
