What you will do

• Lead and evolve the end-to-end People function, covering recruitment, operations, performance, compensation, compliance, and employee experience.
• Lead senior and hard-to-fill hires, including active sourcing and headhunting.
• Manage People operations across multiple countries and employment models, ensuring global compliance.
• Partner with the leadership team to translate priorities into practical People actions and manage organizational friction.
• Build and maintain a strong remote-first culture across time zones and regions.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in senior People or HR roles within fast-growing companies.
• Experience in cybersecurity, hosting, SaaS, or adjacent technical and e-commerce environments.
• Strong practical knowledge of global employment law, contractor models, payroll, and operational compliance.
• Comfortable working with external providers and navigating multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience working in fully remote organisations and understanding the realities of scaling remote culture.
• Hold a degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
