What you will do
- Lead and evolve the end-to-end People function, covering recruitment, operations, performance, compensation, compliance, and employee experience.
- Lead senior and hard-to-fill hires, including active sourcing and headhunting.
- Manage People operations across multiple countries and employment models, ensuring global compliance.
- Partner with the leadership team to translate priorities into practical People actions and manage organizational friction.
- Build and maintain a strong remote-first culture across time zones and regions.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in senior People or HR roles within fast-growing companies.
- Experience in cybersecurity, hosting, SaaS, or adjacent technical and e-commerce environments.
- Strong practical knowledge of global employment law, contractor models, payroll, and operational compliance.
- Comfortable working with external providers and navigating multiple jurisdictions.
- Experience working in fully remote organisations and understanding the realities of scaling remote culture.
- Hold a degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
