What you will do

• Own the product vision and strategy for the Backoffice Platform.
• Define and evolve shared internal capabilities such as role-based permissions, access control, case workflows, and audit trails.
• Prioritise platform work based on reuse, risk reduction, and operational impact.
• Partner closely with Engineering to design scalable, extensible solutions.
• Work with Risk, Support, and Compliance teams to ensure platform decisions meet regulatory and operational needs.
• Drive adoption of shared backoffice primitives across product teams.

Requirements

• Strong product management experience owning complex product surfaces.
• Experience working on platforms, internal tools, or infrastructure-adjacent products.
• A track record of defining product strategy and translating it into outcomes.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, high-dependency environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• The ability to make and defend trade-offs across speed, safety, and scalability.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated or operationally complex domains.
• Exposure to permissions models, auditability, or workflow systems.
• Background in fintech, SaaS, or B2B product organisations.
