What you will do
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for macOS, Windows, SaaS platforms, and endpoint security.
- Drive the rollout and troubleshooting of AI-driven workplace tools and automation initiatives.
- Manage end-user devices via MDM platforms like Jamf and Intune, enforcing compliance and security baselines.
- Own local IT infrastructure and hardware lifecycle management for the Dubai office.
- Identify and implement opportunities to automate provisioning, access management, and ticket routing.
- Lead global onboarding and offboarding processes including automated access control and license management.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in IT Help Desk or Support in a global, multi-site environment.
- Strong proficiency in English communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with MDM tools such as Jamf or Intune.
- Proven capability in a senior or escalation-level support role.
- Experience with IT automation, scripting, or API integrations.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Dubai office.
Nice to have
- Scripting skills using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
- Experience supporting end users in AI-enabled environments.
- Deep knowledge of Jira Service Management.
