What you will do

• Develop and implement complex batch jobs and workflows using automation software.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to analyze automation requirements and provide technical deliverables.
• Provide expert troubleshooting and incident resolution for time-critical batch processing issues.
• Mentor junior engineers and support other IT teams in optimizing their use of automation tools.
• Ensure adherence to SOX audit controls and regulatory compliance standards for batch access.
• Assist system engineers with administration tasks and participate in on-call rotations.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in workflow development and engineering using workload automation tools.
• Must be able to work on-site in Arlington, TX (hybrid).
• Strong proficiency in Linux, UNIX, AIX, and Windows system environments.
• Experience coding scripts for workflow development across system interfaces.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to manage complex troubleshooting and incident resolution.
