Location: San Francisco, United States. Employees living within a 50-mile commute of a designated hirify.global office in the U.S. are expected to work from the office at least four days per week starting January 26, 2026.
Salary: USD $137,600 – $222,600 per year (for San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area locations).

What you will do
- Translate strategic priorities into integrated marketing plans that align across audiences, campaigns, and regions.
- Develop and manage editorial calendars, timelines, and intake processes to ensure efficient execution.
- Partner with analytics teams to define success metrics, review performance, and apply insights for continuous improvement.
- Drive operational excellence through playbooks, workflow improvements, and automation initiatives, including AI-enabled solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including audience owners, campaign managers, creative, and regional stakeholders, to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Build a communications cadence that provides visibility into plans, progress, and outcomes for leadership and partner teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 3+ years integrated marketing, event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience.
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid program management skills with attention to detail and operational rigor.
- Experience using data and insights to inform marketing strategies and measure performance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
