What you will do

• Reconcile affiliate performance data, validate commissions, and coordinate monthly invoicing and payment approvals with Finance.
• Investigate discrepancies, handle payment queries, and maintain compliant documentation.
• Monitor affiliate KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly performance and payable commission reports.
• Identify data anomalies and maintain reporting dashboards (Excel / Google Sheets / BI).
• Support monthly payment forecasts, budgeting cycles, and cash-flow planning.
• Act as liaison between Finance, BI/Data, Marketing, and Compliance teams to ensure reporting accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Affiliate Operations, Digital Marketing Operations, or Financial/Business Operations.
• Solid understanding of affiliate commission models (CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid).
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets proficiency (data analysis, reconciliation, reporting).
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, with experience working with financial reports and reconciliations.
• Business-level English (written and spoken).
