Focus on optimizing HR processes, supporting employee engagement, and partnering with stakeholders across all organisational levels.

Location: Hybrid in London, UK. The company also offers a 20-day policy for working abroad.

What you will do

  • Manage employee relations (ER) matters and complex HR requests, advising on policies and handling casework.
  • Act as the first point of contact for routine HR queries and manage the HR ticketing system.
  • Oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, contractual changes, and offboarding.
  • Facilitate cross-department coordination for hiring, internal moves, and departures.
  • Prepare and manage employee contracts, amendments, and compliance documentation.
  • Coordinate payroll administration with Finance and support processing for accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an HR Advisor, experienced HR Assistant, or in a similarly relevant role.
  • CIPD Level 3 at a minimum or equivalent HR qualification.
  • Proven skills working within a fast-growing or rapidly changing environment.
  • Must be able to work hybrid in London.
