Location: Onsite in Middlesbrough, UK. This role is a 15-month fixed-term contract acting as maternity cover.

What you will do

• Create an engaging and inclusive workplace experience.
• Plan and deliver a wide range of company events, both onsite and offsite.
• Support global business travel planning and logistics for team members and partners.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through targeted initiatives and programmes.
• Manage external vendors and partners, ensuring strong relationships and high-quality service delivery.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to promote continuous improvement, innovation, and best practice.

Requirements

• Recognised proficiency in Operations Management with a solid understanding of best practices, particularly in a corporate environment.
• Proven professional in event coordination who adapts to evolving event demands and efficiently manages multiple priorities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project planning skills.
• Ability to build effective, respectful working relationships and communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrates strong numeric and financial capabilities.
