Salary: USD $133,200–$188,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead the design process from concept to execution, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and interaction design.
• Develop and maintain a consistent design language and style guide reflecting the brand and product vision.
• Leverage data, user feedback, and research to refine the user journey.
• Drive the overall design vision for the product, aligned with company strategy and values.
• Inspire the team with innovative ideas and commitment to user-loved products.

Requirements

• Very senior experience in UI/UX design for a SaaS product with a world-class portfolio.
• Proficiency in design tools like Whimsical and Figma.
• Strong leadership in design projects and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to think creatively and push conventional design.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Deep passion for design, keen eye for detail, and understanding of exceptional products.

Nice to have

• Experience as a short-term rental/Airbnb host or working in a short-term rental business.
