Salary: $185,300 USD - $247,800 USD

What you will do

• Actively seek out challenging company-wide opportunities and contribute to bringing clarity and insights to complex issues, developing deep expertise across the entire platform.
• Take responsibility for specific design-driven projects, collaborating with the VP of Design to identify areas for guidance and expertise.
• Work with Product Owners and developers to create clear, compelling interfaces and quickly prototype solutions for visual and interaction problems.
• Deeply understand users across different segments through research and user insights, driving measurable outcomes and validating product ideas through experimental design.
• Innovate and establish enduring, replicable patterns and systems that set new benchmarks for interaction within the company.
• Be an active mentor for designers, helping them build context, strong decision-making skills, and empathy for users, while championing new design and interactive trends.

Requirements

• Experience designing a modern SaaS or enterprise platform.
• Demonstrated portfolio of shipping amazing customer experiences that have significantly impacted business and customer metrics.
• Exceptional interaction and visual design skills, with a love for solving complex problems with simple design solutions.
• Deep organization and execution capabilities, especially in areas of influence and collaboration with multiple stakeholder groups.
• Experience collaborating with other designers to build a cohesive product, coupled with excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Experience in design thinking methodologies to lead teams toward customer-centered outcomes.
