Salary: $138,000–$181,125

What you will do

• Support customer engagements by presenting hirify.global’s technology and vision.
• Collaborate with customers to execute technical evaluations and proof-of-concept demonstrations.
• Partner with customers and technical champions to foster trust and collaboration.
• Gain hands-on experience and stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and partners to ensure customer value realization.
• Leverage mentorship and learning opportunities for professional growth.

Requirements

• Foundational experience in a technical role (e.g., Solution engineering, solutions architecture, or software development), preferably in SaaS, data analytics, or cloud technology.
• Willingness to learn and grow technical and business skills.
• Basic familiarity with SQL and/or Python, or a strong willingness to learn.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, both written and verbal.
• Desire to understand customer challenges and deliver meaningful solutions.
• Collaborative approach to working with peers, partners, and customers.

Nice to have

• Experience with modern data technologies like hirify.global, Databricks, Fabric, BigQuery etc (including CI/CD tooling, Spark, containers, DevOps tools, orchestration tools, Git).
• Understanding of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their services.
• Familiarity with data science, machine learning workflows, or governance tools.
