What you will do

• Set a vision and direction for the team or group of product teams in close collaboration with Product Manager and Designer.
• Directly manage Engineers and Tech Leads.
• Drive a customer-centric and solution-oriented mindset.
• Continuously improve the environment and processes for how the product is built.
• Align technology direction within your team(s), with other teams, and with the overall company technology direction.
• Represent engineering in key initiatives and projects within the segment or across the company and ensure their delivery.

Requirements

• Strong background in Mobile Application Development, as a senior engineer or higher.
• Experience working with hybrid React Native, iOS, and Android Native applications.
• Passion for people management, focusing on team and individual growth.
• Previous experience managing teams.
• Comfortable stepping into technical discussions or important stakeholder meetings to remove roadblocks.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
• English: B2 required

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Domain Driven Design and/or Event Driven Architecture.
