What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of product professionals to translate complex data into high-impact results.
• Develop and implement a Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategy to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for a B2C audience.
• Own the product roadmap, prioritize features, and drive execution while balancing speed and quality.
• Conduct market research and user analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvements.
• Define key measurements and monitor product performance against key metrics to optimize product effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including C-level, developers, designers, Operations, and marketing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2C tech companies.
• Proven background in a growth-stage company with experience as a Team Leader.
• Demonstrated success in implementing PLG strategies.
• Knowledge of Vibe Coding and general programming knowledge.
• Great communication and storytelling skills to communicate product vision and strategies to stakeholders and team members.
• Experience working closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English, written and verbal.
