What you will do

• Manage the security roadmap and ensure security is integrated into the project's DNA.
• Act as the single point of contact for all security-related business unit questions.
• Bridge communication between local teams and the Global Security team regarding requirements and context.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks in local operations or products.
• Ensure compliance with internal group policies and external regulations.
• Provide key link for local teams to global Incident Response experts during security incidents.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 3 years in Cybersecurity in similar roles (consulting, auditing, business-oriented CS engineering).
• English: B2 or higher required.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical risks to all levels, including C-level.
• Technical understanding of modern software/IT infrastructure.
• Proactive mindset for problem-solving.

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming.
• Certifications like CISM, CISSP, or CISA.
