What you will do

• Define and enhance security architecture, frameworks, and technical controls aligned with business objectives.
• Develop security reference architectures and design patterns for corporate and production environments.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in cloud, network, infrastructure, and application security.
• Lead incident response activities, including major breaches and technical investigations.
• Partner with GRC and Legal teams to ensure compliance with privacy and data protection regulations.
• Integrate AI-driven security capabilities for proactive threat detection and response.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in information security.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, GIAC, or OSCP.
• Expertise in cloud/infrastructure security and hands-on experience with SIEM, SOAR, and XDR tools.
• Strong knowledge of frameworks including ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS, SOC 2, and SOX.
• Must be based in Estonia, Malta, or Serbia.

Nice to have

• Experience in online gambling, sports betting, or financial services.
• ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor or NIST CSF practitioner credentials.
• Familiarity with AI-driven security tools.
