What you will do

• Contribute to the improvement of the Group ISMS and adapt security policies to local regulations.
• Support Security Incident & Problem Management and contribute to crisis management.
• Perform security assessments, manage risks, and define mitigation controls.
• Maintain professional contact with regulators and oversight parties.
• Promote security awareness and provide expert guidance to stakeholders.
• Ensure security-by-design concepts are implemented and approve security solutions.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in Private or Public Cloud infrastructure (networks, virtualization, IaC, databases, identity).
• 3+ years of experience specifically in a security role, such as an Information Security Officer.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure security concepts and their practical application.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Must be based in Romania for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

• Security certifications such as ISO27001 or CISSP.
• Public Cloud vendor certifications (AWS or GCP).
• Experience using security tools like Qualys.
