What you will do

• Carry out day-to-day processes within the Gaming Finance Team for Ontario iGaming and Sportsbook ventures
• Monitor ingoing and outgoing account activity for suspicious transactions
• Ensure compliance with Fraud, Risk, AML, EDD, KYC, and Responsible Gaming standards
• Collaborate with Responsible Gambling specialists to protect VIP and high-value players
• Process player withdrawals precisely per AML and KYC rules
• Troubleshoot third-party payment systems and technical issues
• Verify player identity documents across multiple jurisdictions
• Bridge between players, internal teams, and external partners for smooth operations
• Assist in onboarding new players with seamless KYC processes

Requirements

• Proven track record in AML, fraud, or risk management
• Hands-on experience in iGaming, sports betting, or poker
• Strong attention to detail and quick learning ability
• Ability to deliver under tight deadlines
• Skilled in tools like Geocomply, Ideology, and SharePoint
• Clear communication in writing and over calls
• Multitasking agility
• Understanding of online gaming, risk control, and payment systems
