What you will do

• Coach, train, and mentor teams on Agile values, principles, and practices, mainly around Scrum and Kanban.
• Track KPIs, recommend and facilitate changes for increased efficiency, and coordinate Agile ceremonies.
• Resolve conflicts, impediments, and issues affecting teams and the organization.
• Establish and maintain metrics and dashboards, reporting progress or blockers.
• Work with product owners to handle backlog items and form the roadmap.
• Help build a productive environment where team members 'own' the product and enjoy working on it.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience as an Agile Coach or in a similar role (Scrum Master).
• Proven track record of leading and facilitating improvements at a team and organizational level.
• Excellent knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills with adaptability to changes.
• Leadership and management experience with the ability to influence, motivate, and inspire others.

Nice to have

• Certifications in Agile Coaching, Scrum, or Kanban.
