What you will do

• Facilitate Scrum processes including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Administer the day-to-day progress of Agile and hold the team accountable for successful collaboration and adaptation.
• Build an understanding of Agile foundations and processes, assisting with prioritization and defect identification.
• Promote continuous improvement of structure, processes, and tooling to enable the teams to deliver more value.
• Develop and use analytical skills to identify sources of impediments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience preferably within an IT project management office.
• Has advanced communication, collaboration and facilitation skills.
• Has advanced time management skills to manage competing priorities.
• Has advanced negotiation and conflict management skills to resolve issues within and external to the team.

Nice to have

• Typically Minimum 4 Years Relevant Experience.
• Previous Agile experience with working knowledge of Agile approaches, tools, and techniques.
• Certified Scrum Master and other Agile project management Certifications (CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP).
