What you will do

• Own and evolve the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for a portfolio of internal and customer-facing products.
• Define how hirify.global’s products, tools, and services come together into cohesive customer experiences.
• Identify and validate opportunities for platform capabilities that can be reused across business lines and acquisitions.
• Lead strategy for upsell, cross-sell, and packaging across multiple offerings and customer segments.
• Partner closely with Growth Marketing and M&A to develop and improve integration frameworks.
• Lead, coach, and grow a team of Product Managers, helping them achieve their best work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical discipline.
• At least 10 years of proven software Product Management experience.
• At least 3 years of experience leading other Product Managers.
• Experience leading AI-enabled products, with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Comfortable working with SQL or spreadsheets to analyze data, and conducting user research.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; communication must be in English.
• Experience using agile development methodologies with globally distributed teams.
• Must be a world-class individual contributor, not solely a manager.

• Prior experience working as a Software Engineer.
