Location: Dublin, Ireland or London, UK

Salary: €102,400–€153,600 annually

What you will do

  • Develop the long-term vision and strategy for Payments Intelligence and Optimization products, prioritize accordingly, and create an execution roadmap.
  • Deeply understand user needs by engaging with developers, sales, and support, and by observing patterns/trends across feedback, the market, and data.
  • Build and launch new capabilities and products that bring significant value to customers.
  • Set the pace, prioritization, and execution for the team.
  • Own and solve technical and product problems across a wide range of systems, processes, and technologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing, Sales, Account Management, and Operations.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant Product Management experience.
  • Strong business acumen in understanding how a business works, identifying improvements, and building product/technical solutions.
  • Comfortable in front of customers or third-party collaborators, with experience navigating customer conversations.
  • Strong operational skills, capable of designing and driving a cross-functional team and process.
  • Strong analytical horsepower to dig deep into data, think from user-first principles, and deliver results.
  • Crisp and effective communication, including with external customers/partners.
  • Results-oriented approach to execute on complex projects.
